Terms of service

These terms apply to packing, moving, vehicle transport and storage services provided by Fast Pack & Move Packers and Movers. Booking a move means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the inventory, addresses, floor and access details you provide during the survey. The quoted amount is fixed for that scope. If the actual inventory or access differs materially on moving day — significantly more goods, a changed address, or an unusable lift that was declared working — we will tell you the revised price before starting work.
Booking and payment
A booking advance confirms your date and slot. The balance is payable on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash, and issue a GST invoice where applicable.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot may forfeit the booking advance, since crew and vehicle have already been committed.
Insurance and liability
Transit insurance is optional and must be arranged before pickup on the declared value of your goods. Without insurance, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We do not carry cash, jewellery, documents, hazardous materials, perishables, plants or pets, and cannot accept liability for such items if they are packed without our knowledge.
Delivery timelines
Transit times are estimates given in good faith and depend on distance, road conditions, weather and regulatory checks. We will keep you informed of any delay through your move manager and the tracking page.
Claims
Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery sheet, with photographs. Claims raised after the crew leaves are difficult to substantiate and may be declined.
Storage
Stored goods are billed weekly or monthly in advance. Goods are released once outstanding charges are settled. We are not responsible for deterioration of items that are unsuitable for storage.
